Text & Photo Consent

By giving us your phone number and email when you book, you agree that we may contact you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, changes, deposit requests, running-late notices and aftercare) by email, phone call and text message, including messages sent by an automated or manual system.

• Message frequency varies with your bookings; we do not send marketing texts without separate consent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment; we may still reach you by email or phone about it.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of buying services; you can instead ask to be contacted only by email.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

We take photos and videos of finished nails to show our work on Instagram, this website and other marketing. We only photograph hands and nails by default. We will not show your face or full name without asking you first.

• By getting service you permit us to photograph your nails and use those images, and tag you only if you ask us to.
• You can opt out at any time before or after your appointment by telling Tay in person, by message or by email, and we will stop future use and remove posts we control within a reasonable time. We cannot remove content others have already copied or shared.
• Nail art designs we create remain our creative work; we do not guarantee exclusivity of any design unless agreed in writing.

Photos or links you send us for inspiration are used only to plan your service. By sending them you confirm you are allowed to share them. We are not responsible for copyright in images you provide, and we may recreate the style but will not copy another artist's signature designs exactly.

If you tag us or post about your visit publicly, you agree we may reshare your post with credit. You can ask us to remove a reshare at any time.
